Eric is President of Operations at Inontime Logistics based in Zeeland, Michigan. Inontime is most recognized for their trucking fleet in West Michigan, but also has a large warehouse operation providing innovative solutions to their customers needs including a Foreign Trade Zone, inventory management, kitting and light assembly. Inontime has received many awards for service to their customers, team and community including the 2017 Michigan Small Business of the Year award but are most excited about what they are able to give back to other non-profit organizations.

Eric will tell us about the simple beginning of Inontime 21 years ago with two trucks and how the organization has grown to over 160 trucks and 6 warehouses. In the process of this growth he has learned a lot about building, maintaining and being part of a team which he will share with us.
