Angie Caswell-LaPierre
Ms. Caswell-LaPierre has over 20 years of industry and consulting experience. She has particular expertise in leading and integrating Global Business Services operations, global finance transformation projects, building process capabilities, leading enterprise-wide transformation management offices (TMOs), deploying global ERP system implementations, re-engineering processes, developing and executing change management and executive leadership strategies, and framing and implementing enterprise cost-reduction programs. Before joining The Hackett Group, Ms. Caswell-LaPierre held senior leadership positions at Johnson and Johnson, Pfizer (formerly Pharmacia), and Interpublic Group, and has directed a number of engagements for Fortune 500 companies undergoing transformational change.
Penny Weller, PhD, CMA
A Motorola-certified six sigma blackbelt and certified master trainer, Dr. Weller has a wealth of experience in global business/shared services and accounting and finance. In her current position, she provides advice to clients through a combination of empirical research and experienced insights. Before joining Hackett, Dr. Weller was a senior executive in shared services at Pfizer Inc. (formerly Pharmacia) for over 30 years. There, her management responsibilities included account-to-report, consolidations, management and external reporting, purchase-to-pay, and cost accounting. She has also managed multiple large-scale merger and system transitions, continuous improvement initiatives, and balanced scorecard design and implementations.
