Frederik Meijer Gardens Presentation
Heather Zak, EVP & CFO of Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park, is dedicated to providing innovative technology and digital transformation resources for the finance team, including the addition of a dedicated AI-focused role within the IT department to support finance and other departments. During this session, she and Emily Guzman, Senior Director of Finance & Administration, will discuss their approach to integrating AI into accounting processes, supporting organization-wide digital transformation initiatives, and navigating key challenges within the accounting environment.
Heather and Emily will share insights on:
- Digital transformation initiatives across the organization,
- How they and their team apply AI within accounting processes, and
- Key challenges in the accounting environment and how their team is addressing them with the assistance of AI.
